a FOX!!! AHHH!!!!!

Falconsong walked out of the warriors den and licked his paw. He looked up, and doing so he saw a flash of reddish orange dash by the camp wall. The deputy padded closer to where he saw the flash..... and then..... A fox leapt out at him and almost bit him.

The fox whirled around after missing. he looked for an easier target when he saw the black cat on the other side of the clearing. The fox sprang at her.

Falconsong dashed after the fox. He clawed at its heels as it ran toward Nightstar. "Look out!"

Nightstar dodged the fox as it snapped at her before clawing at its flank. "What the... Falconsong I think this is the fox that attacked the other clans!" She yowled as she leaped away from its razor sharp teeth.

"You think?" Falconsong growled sarcasticaly. He clawed the fox's muzzle and leapt away.

The fox snarled and leapt at Falconsong

Nightstar narrowly avoided having her throat torn as the fox lunged at her. She lept and scratched at the fox, but she timed the landing wrong ending up on the foxes back, balancing carefully as the fox lept around.

The fox rolled over and crushed the cat beneath it before getting to its feet. The animal snarled and bit Nightstar


The deputy knocked the fox away and slashed it till it was forced out of camp

(was it me it crushed or you?)

Nightstar collapsed on the floor, blood flowing from the bite on her body.

(me but i lived)

The deputy yowled triumph and glanced at his leader. "We need a medicine cat," he hissed. "There are too many threats to not have one."

"yes... But who? we need more members..."

Suddenly, logic burst into his head. "Maybe we're being attacked as a punishment for going to rougue lands." it was clear that StarClan wanted the cats of EagleClan to be honest and true to the warrior code.

Nightstar nodded. "yes maybe they think we would prefer to be rogues." She tried to get up but felt to weak. i am about to lose a life? she thought worriedly. if she did she knew that only seven lives would remain.
